About jewelry
All pieces are handmade in 925 Sterling Silver. Silver undergoes a natural chemical process called oxidation that can darken the piece. This happens with more or less intensity depending on the proximity to the sea, air pollution, the PH of the skin or how you store your jewelry. It is not related to the quality of the material.
Keep away from perfumes, creams, soaps, powders, heat, steam, chlorine, detergent, sweat or any chemical product. Causes damage to silver and especially gold plating.
Wipe your jewelry with a clean, dry cloth and store it in the original packaging away from other jewelry to prevent scratching. Later you will find some cleaning recommendations.

How to take care of your 925 Sterling Silver jewelry
Juliana Bravo Design jewelry uses a metal alloy known internationally as 925 Sterling Silver, which means that it is made up of 92.5% pure silver. Clean your jewelry with a soft-bristled toothbrush and mild soap under running water.
If the dirt is difficult to remove, follow the steps below:
1. Put water to boil
2. Add a tablespoon of liquid dish soap
3. Submerge the piece in the boiling water
4. Leave the piece for approximately 1 minute
5. Turn off the stove
6. Add a tablespoon of baking soda
7. Leave the piece in the baking soda for 30 seconds to a minute until the piece is shiny.
8. Remove the piece
9. Rinse the piece with plenty of clean water
10. Dry the piece (you can use a clean cloth or the dryer to avoid stains) and that's it!
Important: this method should only be done on silver pieces WITHOUT stones. Remember that silver is a metal and tends to tarnish over time. Always keep the pieces in their packaging and when you see them dirty, carry out this cleaning process.

Juliana Bravo Design jewelry uses a metal alloy known internationally as 925 Sterling Silver, which means that it is made up of 92.5% pure silver. The gold-plated pieces have a 24k gold layer bath. Keep in mind that the gold plating tends to fall off over time, it is totally normal for this to happen. Clean your jewelry with a soft-bristled toothbrush and mild soap under running water.

4. Add a tablespoon of baking soda

6. Remove the piece
7. Rinse the piece with plenty of clean water
8. Dry the piece (you can use a clean cloth or the dryer to avoid stains) and that's it!
Important: The golden pieces are bathed in gold, so if this process is left for a long time or is done very frequently, the bath will fall off quickly. Always keep the pieces in their packaging to preserve them better.

1. Shipping for orders over 500,000 COP is free within Colombia.
2. The shipping time is variable and is calculated according to the zip code and the address indicated in the cart.
3. Orders for in-stock items are shipped within two business days of receipt of payment confirmation.
4. Your order tracking code will be sent to your registration email.
5. Out-of-stock items may take 2-3 weeks to ship.
International deliveries:
1. Shipping on orders over $500 USD is free to North, Central and South America, excluding Brazil, Uruguay and the Caribbean. The terms for buyers are different.
2. Shipping time is variable and is calculated according to the zip code indicated in the cart and the shipping option chosen at checkout. The indicated period will begin to be counted 3 business days after the payment is confirmed and the calculation will always be in business days.
3. Your order tracking code will be sent to your registration email.
4. JULIANA BRAVO ships to all parts of the world through Fedex and are properly packaged, thus guaranteeing the integrity of the product throughout the journey.
5. All orders are insured with Fedex and the value is calculated according to the order value. Additional charges related to customs legislation in your country are not included.
6. We are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments and for any delays or other issues that may arise.
7. If your order is returned due to non-receipt, the reshipment is at your expense.

How to track your order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code - shipping guide - by email. With this code it will be possible to access the Fedex website and track your shipment directly with them.
How many delivery attempts will be made if I am not at the delivery address?
FedEx communicates with the recipient, in the event that he is not at home. If it is not possible to communicate, your package remains in the warehouse waiting for the recipient to contact their offices. The waiting time is short (approx. three days) before it is sent back to the sender, in this case JULIANA BRAVO DESIGN.

We accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 10 business days of delivery. Items, including packaging, must be returned in their original salable condition along with proof of purchase. The condition of the merchandise is subject to our evaluation. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. No refunds. Please note that we do not accept JULIANA BRAVO jewelry purchased from third parties, such as self-employed sellers, stores or warehouses.
No changes and returns are made to international orders.
